Online orders & deliveries
If you notice anomalies on your product related to the delivery, it is important to express reserves (breaks, damages, non-conformity: product error, color and / or different dimensions, missing, etc.) and to refuse the delivery and explain this refusal no later than three days following the date of receipt.

If the product purchased online does not fit your expectations, you could send it back until fourteen days after receipt of the article involved. The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility. The refund will be made within fourteen days after reception of returned items.
